All orders made from Springbrush.com.au received and paid before midday will generally be sent via Courier on the same day, all Courier orders will be provided with tracking numbers. During peak periods, promotion and sale events, order processing may take up to 48 hours. Normal delivery times apply.

All Courier deliveries have tracking numbers. If products are lost or damaged they can be replaced at the discretion of JAW5 Pty Ltd.

Click & Collect

Simply opt for the Click & Collect option in the shipping method at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email moments after you have placed your order. When your order is ready for collection, you will then receive an email notification from us saying it’s ready to collect (be sure to keep an eye on your junk mail folder). When you collect your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and photo ID to show the team.
